I use the Five Archetypes, a framework woven into all of my work, to quickly uncover each person’s strengths, communication style and potential for growth. This gives us a clear, actionable view of team dynamics — helping people connect and collaborate with more clarity and empathy.

Team coaching can be combined with one-on-one sessions to deepen the work and apply insights on a personal level.

Artist, Crew + On-site Support:

I also provide one-on-one and group coaching at events, festivals, and conferences, working with artists, crew, backstage teams, speakers and attendees.

For touring artists and crews, I bring all of that on the road (virtually or in-person), plus rider makeovers, nutrition support and nervous system regulation sessions, to help keep the whole team healthy, focused, and performing at their best - both onstage and behind the scenes.
