The Premise

Most of us didn't realize that perimenopause would show up in the middle of our biggest career years.

We're managing brain fog, fatigue, insomnia, irritability and mood shifts, physical changes, and mystery symptoms while we're still running teams and companies, negotiating deals, working long hours, and holding everything (EVERYTHING) together.

Most perimenopause programs have been built by the wellness industry for women who have time to slow down.

You don't. Neither do I. So I created something different.

This is an 8-week hybrid program of 4 biweekly virtual group coaching sessions, each around a different theme, plus 2 private one-on-one coaching sessions, all confidential, all with the objective of helping you navigate this transition without losing your edge.

Each group session combines expert-led teaching with facilitated discussion. Marni brings the content, the research, and the frameworks. The group brings the lived experience. Both matter.

And because everyone is wired differently, the Five Archetypes framework runs through the entire program, so the strategies you leave with are matched to how you actually operate, not how someone else does.

How It Works

The program, week by week.

Group sessions are biweekly. The 1:1 sessions are scheduled individually, at times and dates that work best for you within the 8-week window. Each group session combines expert-led teaching with facilitated discussion.

Before Week 1
Pre-Work

Pre-Program: Intake Form + Five Archetypes Assessment

The form is basic info to understand your individual baseline, where you're coming from, and what your goals are. The assessment is to understand your behavioral patterns and where you might be getting in your own way. We'll use all of this data to personalize your experience from day one.

Group Session 01

What in the 🙃 is Actually Happening

The biology, the timeline, the hormonal shifts, and the full range of symptoms including the ones nobody warned us about. We'll normalize what's happening, separate fact from noise, and make sure everyone is working from the same clear, honest baseline. Even if that baseline feels stranger than fiction, you're not alone in that.

Private

Your Personal Landscape

Your first private session with Marni. We'll discuss your goals and challenges and how your Five Archetypes results can help us create a personalized roadmap for you. This session is entirely yours.

Group Session 02

Your Body at Work

Nutrition, sleep, movement, and metabolic health through the lens of the lives we actually live. What does it actually look like to hit your protein and fiber goals when you're in back-to-back meetings, on the road, or eating dinner at 10pm? What kind of movement works with your hormones right now, not against them? Practical, specific, built for women who don't stop.

Group Session 03

Your Brain at Work

Brain fog, memory, focus, overwhelm, irritability, decision fatigue, emotional dysregulation. It's not all in your head, even if it is affecting your mind. How to structure your day around your brain's new rhythms. How to make decisions when your bandwidth feels compromised. How to find space, manage stress, and set yourself up to think and feel better.

Your People + Your System

Two things that require more skill than they should: talking to your doctor and talking to the people in your life about what in the heck is going on with you. What to ask, what to push back on, how to advocate for yourself. And how to communicate what you're going through without oversharing, under-asking, or pretending everything is fine when it isn't.

Integration + What's Next

Your second private session with Marni, to be scheduled near the end of the program. What shifted over these 8 weeks, what you're taking with you, and where you want to go from here so you leave with a clear plan you feel confident executing on your own.

What This Is Not

It's not just chatting, that's for sure.

It's not a support group, though you will receive plenty of support, in so many ways.

It's not JUST a wellness program. It's a performance program that takes your biology seriously, and factors in your real-life responsibilities.

It's not medical advice, and participants won't be telling each other what to do, but there will be space to share what's actually working, because there's real power in that.

This is a structured coaching program built for high-achieving women who are still very much in the thick of things, professionally and personally.
