A virtual coaching program for high-achieving women navigating perimenopause while leading teams, building companies, and running everything else.
You've always been able to figure it all out. But what the @#$% is this??
Perimenopause is annoying, confusing, and honestly, pretty brutal. It affects your health, yes - but also your career, your focus, and the way you show up every day (at a time when that's not an option).
The good news is that this is a crucial window of opportunity to change the trajectory of both: to prevent serious disease, and set yourself up for success for the rest of your working life - and beyond.
This program was built to help you do exactly that.
The Data
women experiencing menopause symptoms have decided not to pursue, or considered not pursuing, leadership opportunities.
reduced or considered reducing their workload due to menopause symptoms.
of women ages 45-55 have left their jobs due to symptoms interfering with their work.

Most of us didn't realize that perimenopause would show up in the middle of our biggest career years.
We're managing brain fog, fatigue, insomnia, irritability and mood shifts, physical changes, and mystery symptoms while we're still running teams and companies, negotiating deals, working long hours, and holding everything (EVERYTHING) together.
Most perimenopause programs have been built by the wellness industry for women who have time to slow down. You don't. Neither do I. So I created something different.
8 weeks. 4 biweekly group sessions, each around a different theme. 2 private 1:1s with Marni. A pattern-recognition framework to help the changes stick. Education, transformation, and community. All virtual, all confidential, all designed to help you navigate this transition without losing your edge.
What's happening in your body and brain is directly affecting your output, your focus, your leadership, and your energy (not to mention your happiness). This program treats perimenopause as a wellness issue AND a performance issue, because it's both.
Tasks that used to take an hour are now taking three, you can't remember why you just opened that browser tab, and you're terrified of dropping the ball - or that people might notice what's going on.
You have no idea what's happening to your body and your brain, and you're tired of half-answers from the internet when you should be sleeping (which apparently you have forgotten how to do).
Like...you know you're supposed to eat your body weight in protein, but you have absolutely no idea how to fit that into your actual work day, let alone your body.
All sessions are virtual, over Zoom. Group sessions are biweekly. 1:1 sessions are scheduled individually, at times and dates that work best for you within the 8-week window. Each group session combines expert-led teaching with facilitated discussion.
The form is basic info to understand your individual baseline, where you're coming from, and what your goals are. The assessment is to understand your behavioral patterns and where you might be getting in your own way. We'll use all of this data to personalize your experience from day one.
The biology, the timeline, the hormonal shifts, and the full range of symptoms including the ones nobody warned us about. We'll normalize what's happening, separate fact from noise, and make sure everyone is working from the same clear, honest baseline. Even if that baseline feels stranger than fiction, you're not alone in that.
Your first private session with Marni. We'll discuss your goals and challenges and how your Five Archetypes results can help us create a personalized roadmap for you. This session is entirely yours.
Nutrition, sleep, movement, and metabolic health through the lens of the lives we actually live. What does hitting your protein and fiber goals actually look like when you're in back-to-back meetings or eating dinner at 10pm? What kind of movement works with your hormones right now? Practical, specific, built for women who don't stop.
Brain fog, memory, focus, decision fatigue, emotional dysregulation — it's not all in your head, even if it is affecting your mind. How to structure your day around your brain's new rhythms, make decisions when your bandwidth feels compromised, manage stress, and set yourself up to think and feel better.
Two things that require more skill than they should: talking to your doctor and talking to the people in your life about what in the heck is going on with you. How to advocate for yourself and what to ask (i.e. tests to request to make sure you're getting ahead of menopause-related conditions). And how to communicate what you're going through without oversharing, under-asking, or pretending everything is fine when it isn't.
Your second private session with Marni, to be scheduled near the end of the program. What shifted over these 8 weeks, what you're taking with you, and where you want to go from here so you leave with a clear plan you feel confident executing on your own.
Sliding scale and payment plans available.
May be HSA/FSA eligible or reimbursable.
